Following graduation, Tasha became infatuated with the science behind fitness. She earned her CPT and began taking clients while adopting a very evidence-based training approach. After working with high-level athletes, general population, and youth sport, she found her niche in pre- and postnatal health and fitness. Tasha is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Female Cardiac Physiology to bridge the research gap and best serve her clients and the community.

Guided by God, grounded by my family and friends, I believe my purpose is to help others become the best version of themselves - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Let’s build better health together, with good vibes and even better results. If you or somebody you know wants to live a healthier lifestyle, send me a message for your free consultation @ajdelancy.

JESSIE STEINHOFF
TRAINER
Hi there, here is a bit about me… With two diplomas in health sciences and a degree in Human Kinetics, I’ve always been passionate about movement, performance, and helping others stay active. Growing up ski racing across British Columbia sparked my love for sports early on, and that passion carried me to Kelowna, where I completed my post-secondary education while playing soccer for UBCO.
When I’m not coaching or training in the gym, you’ll likely find me working as a sales representative in the orthopaedic bracing industry, supporting injury recovery and performance. Outside of work, life stays busy with my two kids—cheering them on at their sporting events, camping through Okanagan summers, and hitting the slopes all winter long.
I believe in building strong, capable bodies that support an active, balanced lifestyle—both inside and outside the gym.

CARLEE MILLS
TRAINER
Hi, my name is Carlee and I am a group fitness coach. By day, I’m a high school teacher, but coaching has become an extension of who I am. Health and fitness have grown into such an important pillar in my life, shaping not just how I move, but how I show up every day.
I’ve been able to bridge my passion for health and fitness with my career in education through my Master’s of Education work, focusing on nutrition education and nutrition literacy in secondary schools.
Since stepping into the group fitness world in 2022, I’ve fallen in love with the energy, connection, and community that comes from moving together. For me, the gym isn’t just a place to work out, it’s a place to belong. It’s where we push past limits, build confidence, and support each other in becoming stronger versions of ourselves.

CHASE STEVENSON
FOUNDER, HYROX TRAINING CLUB
My name is Chase Stevenson, and I'm the founder of Kelowna's Hyrox Training Club and one of the top Hyrox athletes in the world.
I grew up here in Kelowna playing high-level hockey, winning BCHL MVP before heading to the University of New Hampshire to play Division 1 where I acted as team captain. Post-concussion syndrome ended my hockey career, so I pivoted to investment banking at Deutsche Bank in NYC.
I signed up for my first Hyrox after feeling like I had lost my athletic identity. Since then, I've raced in the Hyrox Elite 15 and World Championships, and now travel the world competing, training, and speaking on human performance. My mission at REC is to build an inclusive team environment where every level, from your first Hyrox to your fifteenth, has a place to push and grow together.
